- From your first contact with us, through aftercare, and beyond; we are with you through the entire process and when you and your pet need us most
- Customer Service staff trained to provide optimal client care
- Trained and licensed assistants and technicians that complete required training and continued education
- 24 hour advice nurses on staff to assist you
- We provide complete and thorough client education regarding every procedure we perform. From prepping your pet before a procedure to the length and details of after care. - As a specialty and emergency hospital, we understand your visits to us are often unexpected.
- We collaborate with our referring veterinary clinics to educate clients on the importance of pet insurance for unexpected expenses and how to choose the best fit for your pet
- We accept Care Credit with up to 6 months interest free financing options

We are currently undergoing review to become the only AAHA accredited Specialty and Emergency hospital in Oakland. AAHA accreditation is not mandatory.
